About this programme
There is a difference between copying a tutorial and understanding what you are doing. This program is built around the second approach — so that when a technique does not work, you know how to fix it rather than starting over.
Who this is for
This coaching suits people who have tried makeup on their own and hit a wall. Maybe your foundation looks cakey by midday, or your eye shadow never blends the way it does in videos. These are fixable problems, and they usually come down to one or two missteps in the process.
It also works well for people who are completely new and want to avoid picking up bad habits early. Starting with correct technique saves a lot of frustration later.
The teaching method
Each session is structured around a specific skill set. We demonstrate, you practise, and then we look at what happened and adjust. Feedback is specific — not just you need more blending, but here is where to place the brush and how much pressure to use.
Between sessions, you complete short practice tasks using whatever products you already own. You do not need to buy anything new to participate.
Skin tone and product knowledge
One full session is dedicated to understanding your skin — its undertone, texture, and how it interacts with different product formulas. This session alone tends to change how people shop for makeup going forward.
Led by Callum Osei-Bonsu, a makeup educator who has trained over 200 students through community workshops and private coaching since 2016.- Small group format — no more than 8 participants per intake
- Each participant receives written notes after every session
- Questions answered within 24 hours via the course platform
