About this programme
Most people who struggle with makeup are not doing anything wrong. They just never had anyone show them the right order of steps, or explain why certain products behave differently on different skin types.
What this training actually covers
We start with skin preparation — cleansing, moisturising, and understanding your skin tone. Getting this foundation right makes every step after it easier and more consistent.
From there, we move into base application: how to pick the right shade, how to blend concealer without creasing, and when to use powder versus setting spray. These are the decisions that affect how makeup holds through the day.
Eye and brow work
Eye makeup is where most beginners feel overwhelmed. We break it down into clear, repeatable steps — lid colour, crease blending, liner control, and mascara application without clumping.
Brows get their own dedicated session because they frame everything else. You will learn how to map your natural brow shape and fill it in without it looking drawn on.
Finishing and colour selection
The final sessions cover blush placement, highlight, and lip colour. We also spend time on colour theory — understanding warm and cool undertones so you can choose products that actually suit you, rather than guessing at the store.
Taught by Petra Vanlith, a working makeup artist with over 12 years of experience across editorial, bridal, and everyday wearable looks. What to bring
